Do you charge for estimates?

Most residential and commercial estimates are free. For complex diagnostic work or rural property inspections that require a long drive, we may quote a small site-visit fee, but we will always tell you up front.

How fast can Murphy Electric get to my home or business in Southern Oregon?

Same-day for emergencies in most of Jackson County. Two to five business days for non-emergency scheduling. Generator and panel-upgrade jobs typically schedule one to three weeks out.

What is the difference between Pacific Power and Ashland Electric service upgrades?

Ashland is the only city in our service area with its own municipal utility (Ashland Electric). Everywhere else is Pacific Power, with parts of rural Josephine County on Consumers Power Inc. We handle the coordination on every job.
